Wow!

Yesterday (26/12/2008) the service just died at 3:15. Called Flow. Now mind you when there is a complete failure, it means just that: no phone service at all. Had to call them from my Digicel. Call cost over $5.00!
Anyway, (not putting names yet) said the techs were working on it and it would be up in an hour to an hour and a half. Called back at 6pm, because no service. Would be up by 8pm. Called 10 minutes to 8. Would be up tonight. Anyone think this is reminiscent of the old TSTT? However, the service did come back around 10:30. Better than before I must say.
Now the telephone line did not come back for some reason. Just e-mailed them about 10 minutes ago (8:30AM) and gues what? Received a call about 10 minutes after about this! Now that is impressive!

Biog on Flow Trinidad's service.

Recently Flow upgraded their 6mbps to 10mbps and their phone service has outstanding quality. That is when it is up! At least twice for the month the service goes down. I will try to document these interuptions and sumise the dealings with the CSR's at the time.
